As the Interior Designers for this project, we worked closely with an Architect and Builder to create this custom lake home. Our clients wanted a warm, cozy, family friendly environment to enjoy year round. Starting straight from the floor plan, we worked from the ground up to design this dreamy lake home. This well loved home was in need of a modern outdoor entertaining space. We worked with them as they rebuilt their patio and outdoor room and planned everything from the ground up. We added color and function to their outdoor space through custom planning seen in the stain glassed windows, metalwork designs, fabrics and lighting, which varied from the custom chandelier to the gas lanterns.

Building a new home and downsizing simultaneously can be intimidating for a furnishings collector, but our designers were able to utilize 90% of this client's prized possessions in her new smaller home.
